What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you order a product before the new stock arrives.

This way you can reserve your favorite size in advance and avoid it selling out again once the stock goes live.

When will my pre-order be delivered?

The expected delivery of our current pre-orders is end of May.

As soon as the stock arrives, we process and ship orders in the order they were received.

How does ordering work?

Pre-ordering is actually very simple:

Can I combine a pre-order with Mix & Match?

Yes, you can. Pre-order sneakers can participate in our Mix & Match deal.

You can choose 2 pairs of sneakers for €59,96, even if one of these pairs is a pre-order.

What if I also order a product that is in stock?

If you order a pair that is in stock and a pre-order product, we will send the in-stock pair to you first.

The pre-order will be delivered as soon as it arrives at our facility.

Can I use Klarna for pre-orders?

No, Klarna is not available for pre-orders.

For a pre-order, choose iDEAL or Bancontact. Orders with Klarna can be canceled.

Can the delivery vary?

The expected delivery is at the end of May. We do our best to adhere to this as accurately as possible.

Sometimes a delivery may arrive slightly earlier or later due to transport, supplier, or scheduling. If that happens, we will keep you informed.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel a pre-order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you can use the return option according to our return policy.

Can I return my pre-order?

Yes, returns are possible according to our return policy after you have received the product.

The sneakers must be unworn, clean, and neatly packed when returned.
