Return period
You can return your order within the return period stated in our terms, starting from the moment you receive your order.
The sneakers must be unworn, clean, and neatly packed when returned.
Free exchange
Does your size not fit well or would you prefer a different color, variant, or model? Then you can exchange for free at Boxxfit, as long as the desired replacement product is available.
For an exchange, we will send you a return label for sending back the original pair. We will also send the new pair to you without extra shipping costs.

- Free exchanges only apply when you choose an exchange.
- The replacement product must be available in our stock.
- The sneakers must be returned unworn, clean, and neatly packed.
Conditions for returning or exchanging
To process your return or exchange properly, the product must meet these conditions:
- The sneakers are unworn and clean.
- The sneakers are neatly packed in the original packaging.
- There are no visible signs of use, stains, or damage.
- Accessories or free gifts that are part of the order are sent along if necessary.
- The return or exchange has been registered with us in advance.
How do I register a return or exchange?
Follow these steps to register your return or exchange:
Return costs
Do you want to return your order without an exchange? Then the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there is an error on our part.
Choosing an exchange? We will send you a return label and ship the new pair to you free of charge.
Always keep your shipping proof for a regular return until your return is fully processed.
Returning or exchanging Mix & Match
Did you use the 2 pairs for €59.96 Mix & Match deal? Then a return may affect the discount.
When you return one pair and keep one pair, the order can be recalculated based on the regular price of the pair you keep.
Do you only want to receive a different size, color, or model within your Mix & Match order? Then you can use free exchanges as long as the desired pair is available.
Returning or exchanging pre-orders
Pre-order products can also be returned or exchanged according to our return and exchange conditions after you have received the product.
Did you place an order with both a stock product and a pre-order? Then your order may have been shipped in parts.
Exchanges are possible as long as the desired replacement product is available.
Free gift with return or exchange
Did you receive a free gift with your order and does your order value fall below the promotion threshold after the return? Then the gift may need to be sent back or its value deducted.
In principle, the order remains in place during an exchange. Therefore, an exchange usually does not affect the free gift unless the order content changes.
We assess this per return or exchange, depending on the order and the terms of the promotion.
Refund
As soon as your return is received and checked, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days before the amount is visible in your account.
In the case of an exchange, a refund usually does not take place unless there is a price difference between the original product and the replacement product.
